Autosped G. S.p.A. and G&A S.p.A. have obtained the UNI/PdR 125:2022 gender equality certification. Achieving this important milestone confirms the Autosped G. Group’s commitment to promoting gender equality and supporting women’s empowerment to protect diversity and equal opportunities in the workplace.
The UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification envisages the measurement and reporting of a number of KPIs focusing on the following areas: equal opportunities for growth in the company and equal pay for men and women; welfare policies for the management of parenthood and work-life balance; company process management policies.

In compliance with the UNI/PDR 125:2022 reference practices, the Autosped G. Group has adopted a ‘Gender Equality Policy’, appointed an Equal Opportunities Steering Committee and implemented a system for handling reports concerning discriminatory behaviour, acts/deeds, possible harassment.

Reports can be made in the following alternative ways:

  • reporting in written or oral form via a digital platform (reporting channel considered preferential)

 

  • notification by ordinary or registered mail, confidential and personal, addressed to the Gender Equality Committee at the following address:

  • report made orally, by meeting with the recipient.
