An Autosped Group company, Autoservice 24 is made up of skilled mechanics, electricians, expert welders, carpenters and vehicle cleaners, all focused on the goal of offering a complete service to its customers.
Autoservice 24 was founded in 2014 to offer comprehensive assistance to industrial vehicle fleets: from the initial setup, with accessory, satellite alarms, and various equipment assembly all the way to regularly scheduled maintenance, 24/7 roadside assistance, legally required inspections, cleaning, and including the dismantling of decommissioned vehicles.
These activities are carried out at the Castelnuovo Scrivia (AL) sites where there the mechanic workshop, the test and inspection center and a wash for industrial vehicles, and at Carbonara Scrivia (AL), where there is a cleaning plant for tankers which have carried both liquid and loose or powdered foodstuffs or that have transported non-food substances.
In September 2017, a Metrological Laboratory was established, henceforth ‘Organismo di Ispezione – OdI’ (Inspection Body – ICO), based in via di Torre Maggiore 17 – 00040 Pomezia. The Organism aims to provide a periodic verification service of measuring systems installed on tankers of a high quality level and to optimise the time and cost of verification activities. The Body operates in compliance with the provisions of UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17020:2012 (Requirements for the operation of various types of bodies performing inspections) and with the requirements of Decree no. 93 of 21 April 2017.
The Inspection Body has also adopted an Organisation, Management and Control Model in compliance with Legislative Decree 231/2001, ensuring that anyone who comes into contact with the Inspection Body is aware of the Model and operates in accordance with it.
Specifically, the Inspection Body performs the periodic verification of continuous and dynamic measuring systems for liquids other than water installed on tankers with a maximum nominal flow rate of up to 2000 litres per minute, excluding liquefied petroleum gases, and all the activities envisaged and connected therewith.
The Organisation operates on the market as a service provider linked to the obligation imposed by current legislation, on those who use measuring instruments for their activities, to subject their measuring systems to verification at scheduled or exceptional periodic intervals following maintenance work carried out with the removal of the legal seals provided for by the specific approval provisions.
In Collesalvetti (LI) there is also a repair workshop dedicated primarily to the Autosped G Group’s vehicles, and a Metrology Laboratory is currently being designed to provide a periodic verification service for measuring systems installed on tanker trucks.
